great site in a good location about 500 meters from the beach and just over a kilometre from the very busy tourist town. lovely swimming pool but you must wear a hat. Pitches of various sizes all shaded by a canopy of pine trees. There is a restaurant on site but we didn’t use it, didn’t notice or use any sports facilities except the pool and no idea about child friendliness so only one star for each. with ASCI you get one token each day per person for a 5 minute shower. not all toilets had seats there was no loo roll. They shouldn’t close the toilet blocks at the same time for cleaning. All facilities were very clean. There is a very good camper service with a separate electronic exit onto the street so you weren’t blocking the road. we went for a few days but stayed for 7 got a discount only paid for 6. The shop had a deli counter and also sold fresh meat. But best to stock up
before you get there as the nearest supermarket was small and in town. I would return.

A really laidback campsite on the edge of a seaside town. Easy access, good sized pitches on a slight slope but not worth getting your ramps out. All pitches, as the site name suggests, are under pine trees so shade isn’t an issue. Clean ablutions with novelty token showers (who invents these things!). A nice pool with sun loungers, enclosed foot/basket ball area. Small shop, bar and restaurant (it does takeaway pizza). A short walk into a relatively unspoilt town with lots of restaurants and cafes. Most surprising is the beach, which is possibly the cleanest in Italy.

We stayed for four nights at the beginning of June. Staff were very relaxed, we were told to find our own pitch and pay when we left as we didn’t know how long we would stay initially.
The pitches were very shaded by pine trees which unfortunately left a lot of sap on the van, it had to be washed off before we left. A 5 minute walk gets you into the local town with plenty of restaurants and a lovely beach. The pool area was nice but over the weekend it had loud music and a kids club running, great for families though.

Stayed a week. Follow signs when you enter San Vito lo capo turning your right - it is sign posted. Campsite us 500m from town beach - rest is packed with loungers and parasols, showers by token - lots of hot water and you can pause the shower. Swimming pool is lovely. Used the shop - very convenient. Weekends get busy with Sicilian campervan guests. Lovely pitches in trees as you enter mainly static long term caravans on the left so best to use pitches on right! We loved this campsite and the beach - the town is very busy but not spoilt- hope to return.
